Police officers, staff, volunteers and contractors: everyone the Code applies to.
The 2024 Code is built around three principles: courage, respect and empathy, and public service. Each topic ends with a short scenario, such as a message in a team chat or a favour offered at a party, so learners practise applying the Code rather than just reading it.
