Why it matters
Scenario-led, so learners practise the decision.
Each course explains the law and guidance in plain English, then asks learners to apply it to a situation they could meet on shift: a message in a team chat, a search on the street, a protest being filmed, a threat that changes.
Because the courses run online, they suit refresher training, new starters and staff who cannot easily be released for a classroom session. Managers can assign them, set due dates and see results for the whole team.
Our policing courses are written from publicly available legislation and guidance. They are independent of, and not endorsed by, the College of Policing.
