BrackenFort Academy is where the courses live. Learners sign in, work through narrated lessons and earn certificates. Managers add their team, assign courses and see results, with almost no admin.

Common questions
How do licences work?
You buy a number of learner licences for a year. Each person you add uses one licence, and you can renew or add more at any time.
Who manages our learners?
You choose. Either you get a manager account and add your own people, or BrackenFort manages it for you and your staff just get learner accounts.
What happens to certificates when a licence ends?
Certificates stay on record for four years, so you can still show who was trained and when, even after someone leaves or a licence expires.
Can learners use their phones?
Yes. The academy runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers, and progress saves between sessions.
Can we have our own branded academy?
Yes. The academy can show your organisation's logo, and bespoke courses can be built for your subject.
