BrackenFort does not currently use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or cross-site tracking technologies. Because no optional cookies are deliberately set by the public website or private data register, an accept/reject cookie banner is not currently shown.

Strictly necessary technology

The hosting, authentication and security providers may use limited technical processes needed to deliver the pages, route traffic, prevent abuse, submit the form or keep an authorised user securely signed in to the private BrackenFort Data Register. These functions are used only where necessary to provide and protect the requested service. They are not used by BrackenFort for behavioural advertising.

Current position

• Analytics: not used.
• Advertising or profiling: not used.
• Embedded social-media tracking: not used.
• Preference cookies: not currently used.
• Form protection and delivery: the site uses Netlify’s form-handling service and a hidden anti-spam field.
• Private register authentication: OpenAI Sites and its supporting infrastructure may use strictly necessary session or security technology to authenticate the authorised BrackenFort owner and prevent unauthorised access.

If this changes

Before adding analytics, advertising, embedded tracking or another non-essential storage technology, BrackenFort will update this notice and introduce a consent mechanism that prevents the optional technology from operating until the visitor has made a valid choice.

Browser controls

You can use your browser settings to inspect, block or delete cookies and site data. Blocking strictly necessary technology may prevent parts of a website from working correctly.
