Who it's for
Everyone at work, including managers and first aiders.
HSE guidance asks employers to consider mental health in their first aid needs assessment, and the HSE Management Standards set out how to manage work-related stress. There are no hands-on skills to assess, so the whole course runs online, with a 15-question check and a certificate on passing.
Mental Health at Work builds awareness and confidence. It does not train people to diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and it does not replace professional or emergency support.
Narrated video lessons with captions, on any phone, tablet or computer. Fully online.
15 questions, marked by the system. Learners need 12 correct (80%) to pass.
Issued on passing, valid for a year, and kept on record for four years.
Assign it, set a due date and see every learner's progress and result.
